We help you engage communities more deeply, enabling meaningful, constructive conversations and authentic insights in the place where the development is happening. We align plans with community needs, reducing resistance and supporting projects to stay on time and on budget. The AR activity can be delivered iteratively through the early stages of planning, depending on need, size of project and timescale.
Future Places Toolkit aims to involve more diverse people in a meaningful way in neighbourhood visioning, giving people agency in local place-making, democracy and decision-making. Our inclusive and accessible approach involves communities who might not otherwise engage with planning, including with young people. It makes plans easier to understand in context, bringing them to life in a fun way, and offers a way to do collaborative co-design with communities and stakeholders.
We help council planners and regen teams to better engage communities during planning in order to get improved plans and approval outcomes, by giving them an engaging immersive tool used in the location where the project will be built. Our vision is both of smoother planning processes and of plans that are better aligned with local wants and needs.
